I absolutely love working from home for a myriad of reasons. It’s obviously really nice to be here to answer the phone if the kids call from school or to wait on DirecTV installationwhen we order it but there are some times that I do miss being part of an office community. I’m really lucky in that I’m not tied to a phone or anything so I can take a nap in the middle of the day if I need to or run to the grocery store if I want which is really nice. There’s a lot of flexibility but a lot of risk when it comes to working for yourself but so far I love the changes I’ve seen in my daily life and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I wish I had done this years ago but without all the experience and stuff I’ve learned along the way these last few years in the working world I don’t know that this would have worked out as well as it has now!

Making a difference in the community through outreach program

It feels so great to help people, most especially the less fortunate and underprivileged ones. There are many ways to make a difference in our community and reach out to the needy ones. One of the ways, which I think really helpful is through community outreach program.

Today, we can find many charitable and non-profit organizations that help less underprivileged people around the globe. I remember when I used to work in a non-profit organization about ten years ago. I remember enjoying that job a lot because I had the opportunity to help my fellowmen. It was such a fulfilling job. I wish I was still working in that organization. I had learned a lot of things in life. In fact, that job had helped me change a lot in me. I think I became more mature in so many ways.

Helping the less fortunate ones can be really fulfilling. I am glad to know there many non-profit organizations that are reaching out to the community to help better the quality of life of many needy people, just like the Sing for Hope organization that uses professional artists that benefit hospitals, schools, and communities. These artists work voluntarily and use their time and energy to reach out and work in the community without any payment.
