Late To Join the Bandwagon

I  have to admit that I was pretty late getting on the DVR bandwagon. Thankfully, I got with the times and also got some good satellite tv package deals. I work pretty odd work weeks and cannot base my schedule off of when my favorite shows will be coming on. Even though I get to work from home, it is still hard to pull away from my work at times. That makes having a DVR great for me personally. I always watch the Office every week, but do not get a chance to break away form work until it ends. Since my wife also enjoys the same shows as myself, it works out perfectly that we get to come together later and watch what we couldn’t watch together during its first airing. i like how you can go through and find a particular show that you want to watch and record, and set it to do so for your automatically. I really have no clue what I would do without it these days, since I cannot ever find time to just kick back when my shows come on. Another cool thing is that you can record entire seasons of your favorite shows to save money on expensive DVDcosts that continue to skyrocket out of control in price. I guess I have fallen into this comfort ability and have no way to see myself out!

Sleepy and tired

It’s 0445 and I am awake. I am getting ready to go to work. I am all dressed up with my uniform. My eyes are sore and tired. I slept at almost 12-midnight last night. So that means, I only slept for 4.5 hours. I bet you I am going to be sleepy and tired at work. I hope I can take a nap when I get home. Now, I am grumpy why I stayed up late last night watching the “Book of Eli”. The movie was interesting and has a good message in it. I just did not like how it turned out to be an action movie. Overall, it was great. It was kind of combination or mixed of the movie called, “The Road” and “Madmax”. It has the apocalyptic style.

Now, I am really sleepy. I wish I did not have to go to work. Actually, I don’t have any day off of work since Monday until Tuesday next week. I do not like it. I hope I can take my day off next week despite we’re shorthanded at work. Well, I gotta go my bowl of cereal and a cup of Chai tea is waiting for me.

Lagoon in Utah

I have been going to the amusement park Lagoon since I was a young kid. It is the most fun place that my family visits each year. Sometimes we go two or three times a year. We always pack supplies and set the house alarm for ADT security around Nevada and set out early in the morning to get there when it opens. Make sure to bring everything for the day because you will need it. Some people even bring campers and stay at the campsite that is right on Lagoon’s grounds so they can enjoy the fun for more than one day.

Lagoon is so big that they have a sky lift that you can ride from one end of the park to the next. I really like this ride because you can see the whole park from up there. They have so many rides from roller coasters to kiddie rides. The Colossus is the best roller coaster at Lagoon. It has been there for years and it has two loops that take you upside down, the old fashion roller coaster is pretty fun too. There is an area called Pioneer Village that is made up to look like the old west. This is where most of the water rides are located like the Log Flume. They also have a huge water park with lots of slides and a river.

Fun days off

I was so glad to have days off from work. My husband surprised on Thursday that he did not have to go work the next day. I was so happy that he got time off so we can spend more time with each other. So, we decided to go somewhere and spend a night together. It was a very nice bonding. We get to experience and enjoy a pool and Jacuzzi. It has been a long time since the last time I enjoy the relaxing, soothing and comforting experience in Jacuzzi. My back feels really great. I have been complaining about my back for 3 weeks now. I don’t know if I strained my back muscles or pinched a nerve. But right now, I feel a lot better. I think I just to relax and chill for a while. I really want to own a hot tub or Jacuzzi someday. I would prefer it to have an outdoor hot tub. Overall, I am really happy that I get to relax and enjoy my weekend off. Actually, I still have Sunday. One more day until I get back to work.

Camping in a motor home

A lot of people are now using motor homes for camping, traveling or road trip. Using motor home is such a great thing to do because when you travel you don’t have to stay in a hotel. As a traveler, you may set your own tour and schedule in total freedom, comfort and convenience.

Motor Homes give you the excitement and pleasure of open-air or al fresco life. If you don’t own a motor home, you can now avail or rent one in different shapes and sizes. These motor homes come with camping equipment, air conditioning equipment, toilet, kitchen, bed, etc. Therefore, you don’t have to be carrying those large haversacks full of all the things that would be needed during your vacation or camping. In this modern age, motor homes are designed to bring your home wherever you go.

Motor homes allow travelers to enjoy camping, traveling, mountain trekking or surfing. I would like to experience motor home camping someday. It is one of my dreams. I cannot wait to get it realized. I would love to travel across the United States. I believe motor homes are way cheaper considering all the hassles of spending on room rates, food, and tour.
