Little ways to burn calories

Do you want to lose weight? There are some little ways to reduce weight or burn calories. You don’t have to take any pills or enrol in a weight loss training or something like that. We tend to neglect some little ways that might help us burn calories. Like, when take the escalator but climb the stairs while you ride or better take the stairs. I did a silly adventure last year in Hong Kong, I climbed the stairs of a 15th story building. It was crazy but fun at the same time. Stay on your feet standing for 36 more calories per hour than sitting if you can. Clean your garden, you will burn 50 more calories every half hour. Scrub your floors more often, instead of using vacuum clearner. Chew a chewing gum, you will burn about 11 calories an hour. Wash your car by hand 280 calories in an hour. Play basketball or volleyball, tennis. Ride bicycle.
