Stay well hydrated during summer!

It is getting really hotter every day. It’s summer time! I love summer though it’s hot. I like it when the humidity rises. But we should take some safety measures to stay away from heat exhaustion, heat stroke and overexposure to the sun. Stroke is susceptible among us during summer. There are no exceptions, young and adults. We are all at risk. Drink a lot of liquids, like water and juice even if you are not thirsty. Drink a least 10 glasses of water a day. Don’t drink a lot of soda. Soda can make you dehydrated because of caffeine. Stay well hydrated.
