Quercetin, a powerful antioxidant
Do you like to eat fruits and vegetables? I love fruits and vegetables. My diet is very close to vegetarian. I want to be a vegan someday. I will see if I can endure all meat temptation. Anyhow, fruits and vegetables that are rich in the antioxidant quercetin boost exercise endurance. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant found in the skins of apples like red apples, red onions, berries, cabbages and broccoli, and green and black teas and some other fruits and vegetables. Quercetin is a compound that is believed to have multiple antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and cell-energy activation properties that benefit health. I can say that I am out of shape. I need to exercise more and eat fruits and vegetables that are rich in quercetin.
