Bad and good carbohydrates

Don’t you know that there are bad carbohydrates and good carbohydrates? People who are interested in losing weight generally tend to stay away from carbs. But they don’t know how to differentiate bad carbohydrates from good ones. Carbohydrates are mixture of starches, sugar and fiber that offer fuel to the body and breakdown into glucose. Glucose is a type of sugar that our cells use it as source for daily activities. People eat good carbohydrates are less expected to build up body fat. Good carbs can be found whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables, which also offer lots of extra health benefits, including heart disease and cancer prevention. These carbs can’t be digested easily but it keeps your sugar and insulin levels on balance. While bad carbs are foods that have been processed such as flour, refined sugar, and white rice. You can digest these carbs quicker but these carbs increase in sugar that causes to weight gain.
