We can’t deny the fact that many people in this country are in big debt. We see a lot of foreclosure houses and short sale houses. Of course, there are various reasons why they are in debt like they overspend, have unexpected expenses, business failure, unemployment etc.

It is bothersome when you have debts from different lenders or credit companies. I bet you might wish that you just owe in one credit. It would be less worrisome. Human resources solutions

January 12, 2009 · Posted in Business · Comment

Today, I thought about human resource solutions. It just crossed my mind. Somehow, I remembered when one of the companies, where I worked before, doesn’t have enough time, staff, and funds to manage difficult human resource issues. You know what, closing the eyes to these problems can lead to serious results. The company was sued a bunch of times. I can’t remember the details but the company ended up spending more than they could have done in the first place by having a great human resource solution. Human resource is the most important asset to a company. Let’s say that if a company or business doesn’t offer a good work environment to workers where employees feel occupied, acceptable, and valued. For that reason, the workers won’t be able to find the strength of mind to work hard or contribute their skills and talents to their employers. There are no motivations, in other words. A company before where it didn’t have enough human resource programs I believe that every company should have great human resource solutions. A human resource solution that guides and assists businesses develop productively and help resolve and work out manpower problems. Furthermore, I believe that a company should have a human resources audit. This is a great way to help companies to comprehend the whole system of human resource such as recruitment, new hire orientation, training, compensation, policies, employees’ relations, safety and legal agreement.

New Google favicon

January 9, 2009 · Posted in Internet, Money/Finance, personal, Travel/Places · Comment

Have you noticed Google’s favicon? They changed it. What is Favicon? Favicon icon associated with a particular website or webpage or it is simple a site’s icon. I don’t have any icon for this blog yet. I still have to think of something. By the way, I was surprised to see the new favicon. I liked the old favicon more. But I think I’ll get used to the new one. At first, I thought I was redirected to a wrong or bad site. So, I hurriedly rechecked it if the page was really Google.Yes, it was! Do you find Google’s new favicon cute? What is your opinion? For me, it is too colorful and the letter “g” is hard to identify.
