To gain weight
My goal for this year to gain weight a few pounds like 5lbs. more, trim my abs, and define my muscles a little. I am not big but petite. Some people find me skinny. I used to weigh 95lbs. and now I gained 2lbs. That’s a little achievement there! Being a vegetarian, I want to gain weight by eating nutritious foods like rich in protein and carbs and of course, vegetables and fruits. I need to increase calorie consumption, though. My weight goal is 100 lbs or 105 lbs., which is ideal for height (since I am not tall). Overall, I want to be more healthy this year.
