Bunions
I was glad that my request for custom-made Orthotics or arch supports got approved by my medical insurance. I was even more happy to know that there is no co-payment associated with the Orthotics. I really need arch supports because I am suffering with bunions since I was a teenager. What is bunion? Bunion is bumps on the side of the big toe.Unfortunately, I have naturally broken arches. I have to wear proper shoes and custom-made Orthotics. Otherwise, the bunions will get worst and I have to get a surgery (I want to avoid it). The only way to correct my bunions is surgery but that is a last resort. On Thursday, I am going to my foot doctor for Orthotics Casting. I am kinda excited about it.
